Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our items are custom-made, production begins immediately after your order is placed. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Custom Products Policy
Because all items are custom printed, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
